Looking to sell a site we've had for about 3 years. Has custom design, tons of content (mostly handwritten, except for treatment center database).
The drug rehab industry is has extremely large advertising budgets, and with effort put into marketing to potential advertisers, you could do well. We have a couple loyal advertisers worth a total of about $5,500 a year. We have many more opportunities for advertising, we've just lacked the time to pursue them.
The site is established, gets some traffic, has excellent backlinks (edu's, gov's, etc) and is a golden opportunity for other sites in the industry looking to purchase authority links. That's where the majority of our advertising opportunities have come from.
