I've noticed a sudden and unexplained spike in clicks on several of my domains currently parked at Sedo. This came out of nowhere, no changes on my end, no promotions, nothing new. The spike lasted a couple of weeks and then partially settled back down.

A few things that concern me:
  1. Is it bot traffic? I'm wondering if what I'm seeing in the dashboard is already "cleaned" data, or if the spike somehow passed their filters.
  2. Anyone else seeing this right now? I'm curious if this is something affecting a broader set of domains, maybe a referral link somewhere pointing to parked pages, or some kind of scraper/bot wave hitting parking platforms lately.
My domains haven't been promoted anywhere. The spike is noticeable but not extreme.

Hi

yeah, this increase in ppc stats at sedo started about a month ago

they put up a message in your dashboard about new monetization efforts
