When an offer is made and negotiations start, if the seller decides to lower their asking price via the messaging system he/she cannot go lower than the preset minimum selling price. Active negotiations should override that price - currently the only workaround is to change/remove the minimum selling price manually and then reply with a lower counteroffer.

Yes, I know I am being a pain in the butt.
