Suggestion: just for sale parking page template – no ads/search box

I'd like to request a "just for sale" parking page template – no ads.
Obviously this will result in zero PPC revenue but will also get rid of some of the potential legal problems/risks associated with parking your domain(s).

If anyone else thinks this is a good idea, feel free to add your support.
