I did start a ticket but am worried since its sunday night (USA, PST time zone) and have an expired domain that i just tried to renew - but its not 'taking'. Its a set of 6 domains that I tried to renew.

I have an order number, so it shoudl have gone through. i tried a 2nd time to renew the 6 domains, and it said it was a duplicate order and not allowed.

but the 6 domains have not updated; they still show expiring. Its been 6 hours now.

something is broken!!!! if there is an enom rep checking this forum, can you help me? I will be checking email and PM's,

Thanks,

Kevin

I typed the wrong day, sorry, but they were not processing. Support did respond, they had a backlog.

It seems to be working now.
