Hello DNForum,
We are trying to make every small things at DNForum better. And also getting rid of spammers.
Hence, we are adding some fields such as website, company, and something different: Preferred Domain Registrar to determine if a new user is a spammer. "Spammers are getting more and more sophisticated, and it can sometimes be hard to tell who is who."
Down here is the example, these guys type whatever in
We already did have a good support system. You can write us anything via contact us forum, or via the "Support tab". You can create a post, and we will help you as much as possible, as soon as possible. The chat is only between you and us. Also we are trying to be more clear on registration step and notices
