This is a site i had built by a team of programmers it was custom built using php. I was testing their services and paid about 1500.00. I never promoted the site or got links for it ... I had it built and its been sitting since. There are a few html bugs issues in IE that i didnt bother fixing. Other than the html issues in ie the site is bug free from what i can tell.
The idea was to build a database of surgery prices around the world than eventually put it into a table format and data for people who are looking for overseas surgery prices. Such as surgeries from california, to new york to india has a wide range of costs difference. The goal was to provide a need and fill a resource people need.
I pick this niche because surgery cpc is very high since common keywords are plastic surgery, lasik surgery and some of the highest paying niches out there. Adsense was going to be the monetization method.
I kept the name simple that way in the future once the site picks up i could add a question and answer section which would build more content and is closley related to surgery prices. They go hand in hand and compliement each other.
Im selling the site for $200.00 its hosted on a cpanel server. Ive also attached photos of the admin area.. The site is coded very clean with very few files ... ive done 10k in development with these guys and they are sound. I will also give u the contact info for the programming team in case u would like to add features or expand upon the site.
