One of China's top tourist attraction and 2500 year old city, 4th ranking commercial city in China after Shanghai, Beijing, and Shenzhen.

Suzhou Wikipedia Ref. - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Suzhou

Suzhou (Simplified Chinese: 苏州; Traditional Chinese: 蘇州; Hanyu Pinyin: Sūzhōu; Wade-Giles: Su-chou; sometimes seen transliterated as Su-chow, Suchow, or Soochow) is a famous city on the lower reaches of the Yangtze River and on the shores of Lake Taihu in the province of Jiangsu, China. The city is renowned for its beautiful stone bridges, pagodas, and meticulously designed gardens. Suzhou has also been an important center for China's silk industry since the Song Dynasty (960-1279), and continues to hold that prominent position today.

Suzhou.net (苏州.net) - China's 4th Commercial City.

The Chinese idn "苏州.net" is for sale.

That's "suzhou" in chinese - pls refer to wikipedia article for details: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Suzhou.

Suzhou is a top ranking city in china just behind Beijing, Shanghai and Shenzhen. Suzhou is even ranked ahead of Guangzhou by Forbes magazine (chinese edition) - http://english.people.com.cn/200501/06/eng20050106_169815.html

Another point to add is that Chinese call their cities the same way as Americans do. Sometimes the "city" is added but only ocassionally and mostly in official documents/written form. An analogy would be most people call LA "los angeles", but ocassionally in written form, "los angeles city" is used.
