System failure at Godaddy?

It's now 6 hours past the daily domain drop, and Godaddy has everything locked up because it thinks the drop is still in progress. It looks like they caught nothing today, but because the system is frozen you can't exchange backorder credits.

But to make matters worse, backorders for domains dropping tomorrow have been cancelled -- they sent emails TODAY saying the catch failed. The online system confirms this.

This sounds like a rather large disaster at Godaddy.
 
Not to much of a disaster, believe it or not backorders are almost non existant at Godaddy or anywhere, only people doing that are domainers, average customers at Godaddy never do that or only by accident, And that is why Godaddy doesnt put to much effort into being the best at drop catching. Along side the back order try to catch yourself.
