Some of you may have noticed that yesterday’s Monday newsletter was delivered multiple times (in most cases, around five duplicates).
This was caused by a mailing add-on, which seems to be incompatible with the newest XenForo version. The add-on created a loop that kept resending the same newsletter.
The mailing add-on has now been fully removed from DNForum’s system.
The issue is fixed and no further duplicate emails will be sent.
We apologise for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience while this was resolved.

p.s. We’re fortunate that a while ago made a decission that DNForum runs on our own SMTP servers - if we had been using an external provider, an error like this could have resulted in a substantially high SMTP bill
