T.R.A.F.F.I.C.'s latest Florida conference is on tap this month (May 20-24) in a new location - Disney World's Grand Floridian resort in Orlando. I called on T.R.A.F.F.I.C. co-founders Rick Schwartz and Howard Neu to get the inside story on the venue change, as well as what is in store for registrants when they arrive at the Magic Kingdom.
