Nice domain with traffic. Have one banner in member area with 2 text links to my other sites. These are shown in all boards. Plenty of room for advertising as we have other ways already built in which we can show any potential buyer.

do you have mod_layout (I believe that's the apache module name) installed? This is only an issue if the server is included in the sale.

Server I use has some other of my sites on it so not part of deal. We could keep on my server for a set price per month (low) . The script is a heavily reworked copy of sebflipper script...basically totally rewritten to fix the numerous security issues from original script.
