Details: Talk-PSP is a vBulletin based forum where users discuss things related to the Playstation Portable. There is a download section which features links to downloadable media posted by random users (no media is hosted - legality is questionable; the forum provides only a link to off-site downloads). Users currently need to have 10 posts to view the downloads forum. The site has a couple of moderators who do a great job keeping things in line. I personally visit the site once a week or so, just for fun. No upkeep involved.
Traffic: The site receives between 100-400 uniques per day, with between 5-10 new registrations each day.
Revenue: Revenue is generated via the very well integrated AdSense ads on the site. They appear in forums as the first and last post, in the header, and within threads themselves. To be very clear, I use the same integration format on all of my forums, and have been personally told by AdSense reps that they do not interfere in any way with Google's ToS.
The site was also recently accepted into ValueClick Media. I haven't yet integrated the ads, but with InVue and Interstitial ads, revenue could easily double. Simply create a ValueClick account and I'll let them know that you have purchased the site and that it should be transferred to your account.
