Allright so let's say heartdisease(.)com is already taken (of course it is), would it be a good idea to register the net or org version? This question is about registering any medical term in net or org extensions.

Obviously a lot of people have heartdisease, but how do you get them to type in net or org instead of com?

That all depends on what you're going to do with them.

If you're looking for type-inns for parking, might not be worth it unless it's a high valued keyword.

Either way I'll recommend getting the .org over the .net in this niche.
