I have decided to sell the forum/site TalkNintendo.com. The forums have been open but not a lot of advertising have been done for them. The site was going to be one of the bigger projects for my upcoming network but I have decided that I do not have enough time to admin the forums when more users come(hence in a way why I have not advertised the site very much) and I don't have the resources to buy a vBulletin license to make the site grow. Due to this lack of time and money I have decided to sell the forum.

I am looking for offers to be made for the site. The domain is very valuable and has a lot of potential. I am looking for $xxx min. offers. If you are interested send me a PM with your offer. The right offer will get the site.

The domain got over 1000 uniques per month in june and july.

A vBulletin license costs $160 for an owned and $85 for a leased license.

yea I know, I wouldnt want to buy a leased license and don't have enough to buy an owned one. (heh, not enough for a leased one right now either actually). I also think I have been spreading out too thin with all the projects I have going on and I'm about to start college again as well. So if I can sell the site for the right price then I will sell it.
