In approx 6 months, have started seeing alot of .gov / .edu sites in top google results. Also, .net & .org portion has also increased.

Targeted keyword domains ....... Maybe an extreme result expected .
Exact keyword and Irrelevant / low quality content - High Penalty or Low Score
Exact Keyword and Relevant / high quality content - Some Bonus and High Score!

Anyone here on this.
