I dont think the price that taste.co.uk sold for is an indication for what the same name for another extension might sell for.
As an example, it could be a company called taste in the uk, or many other examples.

I like the ws extension personally (although I dont think it can be compared to real gTlds).
Taste.ws just doesnt ring well with me, sorry :-(
