Tattooing is big busine$$. I think your best bet with this name in the early stages would be to develop it. Create a directory of available tattoo artists. You could sell biker related items on the site, teen stuff-- the skies the limit.

The ultimate marketing scheme to promote your name would be of course to "tattoo" your domain name on your on your forehead if that suits you.
