AEO looked like a good one... wouldn't mind knowing what it went for. All vowels, could be a blessing or a curse.

There were two in particular that caught my eye - one of which is presently in auction, the other of which I'm trying to get in on the auction for.

Did anyone notice that GoldsGym.ca dropped this week? It's bound to receive excellent traffic - but with four CIPO registrations, and no alternative use for the term that would fly in a CDRP arbitration, it's a risky buy.

Many variations of Gold's Gym exist in the .ca (i.e. goldsgymbc.ca), so you can make a sure bet that once Gold's Gym gets wind of this, they'll have their legal team on it right away.

It's risky, but if the new owner is smart he will leave the domain inactive until they come a calling.

They've got multiple trademarks on the term, and I can't think of any valid argument he could make to a CDRP panel to keep the name.

I picked up a TM'd name this week, but there are multiple uses for the term that do not apply to the trademark. Site will be coming up shortly.

Valid arguement HMM how 'bout the place is a known hangout for the drug trade.

The new owner may find themself on a hit list ...... think estate sale :)
