closed Tchatche.es (15 OVT w/ext) French for "Chat.es"

This is an odd name,I'm not sure what to value it,so I thought I'd post it up.
It's a French word meaning "chat" despite online translators not recognizing the word "tchatche".However,it's in a Spanish extension.
I registered it because it had a 15 OVT with extension using the France OVT tool.So far it's had 25 visitors in 24 hours,and a few clicks.
How does one value such a keyword in a mis-matched extension? I'm interested in opinions.

I would value it the same as any other earning domains @ 10-12 months rev. I wouldn't consider it a Premiun due to the mis-match language.tld and possible TM issue.

It should be a good earner thought, nice find.

after looking some stuff up, the .com of that name is a
popular community french site. 'tchatche' is not a french word,
it's a made up word so hence the possible TM issue.
I know a little french, and I can't see the significance
of this word, other than the .com site has a 'Tchat' chat
area, I don't know why there is a 'che' on the end of the word.

Are you guys sure it's a TM? I see Tchatche.com but then Yahoo France has thier own "Yahoo Tchatche" section leading me to believe it's at least slang for "chat",if not the actual word.I don't think Yahoo would use someone elses TM.

Well it is a new word. I thought I spoke French, but had never heard of it despite spending about 4 years in French speaking countries, when I was younger.

If someone has a serious claim on coinning the word then they have potential TM rights over it. Does anyone know anything about the origins of the term?

So, for the word "tchatche", it is first the word "tchat" that is modified from the English "chat", and then the ending in "-che" is the action. So "tchatche" would be translated in "chatting". Also, the word "chat" was already a French word, as it means "cat" (this could explain the use of "tchat" rather than "chat" as well).

Therefore, the domain you have means "chatting" rather than "chat".

For the value, it has the wrong extension but all the major extensions are taken and tchatche .com could be interested in the spanish market . I would say mid $ xx, but more if sold to tchatche .com of course...
