If you are refering to expired domain auctions they will go from $10 to $5 fee if nobody bids on the domain. (Plus GoDaddy annual registration fee).
If you win an expired domain it will show you the day when you will receive it, they are always on time for me.
If you BIN on a sellers domain and the price is above $500 GoDaddy will initiate an escrow transaction, if the BIN was lower you will need to contact the seller and provide the push information after payment is made.
