TDNAM - Sold domain payment?

They are saying to my friend he has to wait 30 days to get the money after the guy paid him (with a gift card) for his domain and he transferred the name.

Definitely not, just read the TOS and they want you to wait 31 days. I was about to sell my LLL.com there, glad I didn't. However, I paid a guy and he got it instantly before, very weird.

Yeah, I've had the same experience with TDNAM. I actually called to see why it took so long for the funds to clear...they indicated that they want to make sure that there are no transfer issues.

How come he had to push the name right away? This mean TDNAM loves to help scammers?

IE.

Scammer buys name for $2k
Sends stolen paypal
Receives name
31 day hold for $ for seller
Buyer sells name
Gets away with it?

Escrow is for $500+ that's why it didn't help for this. Your right though, guess I can sell my LLL.com there if I wanted. What's sales like for them there?
