Youd have to porn the heck out of the site to give them a reason to file a suit. In which case you could ask high $xxxx, low$xx,xxx. Hence why i said if you play your cards right.

I love to give optimistic appraisals. Unfortunately, because of TM issues and a low inherent value in the term, I appraise Techtv.info at $XX max (accept first offer).

Actually they could sue him right now. We all know what Tech TV means, and its even a channel :l.

The problem is, they could technically sue you for damages as well as take the domain...so you might end up loosing a lot more than just the name.

yes, that makes lots of sense, you dont make any money and you get them even more pissed off at you, making the chance of a lawsuit even more likely
