closed teencleavage.com value anyone?

I am wondering about the value of my domain/site www.teencleavage.com

Domain is 5 years old

#1 in Google for teen cleavage

averages about 400 uniques per day mostly search traffic (biggest contributor is ask.com)

Pretty worthless if the site isn't working.

The site seems a little slow. When I think of cleavage, I don't think teens.
The 400 per day seems nice if you can get the visitors to convert to $$$
