I think the domain is not worth a lot (maybe $xx). I'd put a forum on it, market it a little online, build up membership and introduce PPC for ringtones, jokes etc

I like teenboard or teenforum alot better than teensboard. The plural doesn't work too well here, and is a bit awkward.
