Selling http://www.templates-stores.com as is, includes design, PR4 domain and possibly affiliate account (if I can find the user info - i don't think theres sales). Basically I bought it here for $125 and never worked on it.

Domain at name cheap for easy transfer and expires 3/24/2005 I can hand over the namecheap account too.

Starting price $40 - BIN $80 or best offer received by Friday Feb 25th.

Payment by paypal.

the design is "stolen" btw. Used to be the http://www.templatesweb.com/ design. He's got a new design though, so he probably doesn't care.

Unless your the "He" in "He's got a new design", you shouldn't run your mouth off. The design may in fact be a template, not sure as again I bought the site as is.

When I inquired & bought the site, BigJohnHoward (a member here) told me he had rights to the design.

Anyways there are serious assumptions in your statement, not sure you actually know for a fact. If you do, please feel free to explain.

That of course doesn't prove that it's not a template (even though I know it isn't). Anyway, as I said. They've got brand new design and probably doesn't care.
