I was thinking of signing up with "a plus templates" to use
some of their predesigned flash sites. I thought it would
be a quick way to put up a new, different website.

As anyone had good or bad experiences with their service?

(I forgot to check to see if they promote their own site
on the template. )

No experiences with aplustemplates, but i can highly recommend http://elated.com if you're looking for templates with that special touch.
