I could see that in a commercial about why to quit smoking or 10 facts about real estate investing. It could also be the name of a book I suppose.
The hard part would be finding someone who is looking for an idea. It would be an exhaustive search, but would be lucrative I believe.
Otherwise wholesale I'd say it's worth reg fee or slightly more. As we know there are others looking for that special end user...Someone might take the torch on this one but it's hard to say.
