I have these domains which are business related. I've seen the terms used more often lately, in the business sections of various newspapers.
The first name: "TermDebt.com"
This description has applications to "A working line of credit, that can be used as capital funds,which are paid back to the lender, with a fixed interest rate over time.
Second name: TermCapital
Has virtually the same meaning, except the funds usually are
provided by "Angel Investors",and the borrower does not have to yield shares of the company, to acquire funding.
