Wanted: Service TextBroker.com

Has anyone given TextBroker.com a try?
I gave them a few articles to write for a website I am developing and specified a 2 day window for completion. It has been 4 days and no comment from them.
This is my first time using their service. Seems like this is not a good way to start.

Any comments?
