Just picked it up and namejet for $230, it has been registered since 1997 and is a PR2 domain.

This is a great domain, one of the best American (non) 'typos' of all time, and like a lot of people out there don't know that already? It's no wonder there's already been an x,xxx offer. In case you didn't know, patriotism is not exactly absent from the land of Texas, and this is TexUS.com we're talking about here. Not just a great 'typo,' but a super great, brandable, patriotic 'typo.' Wish I had found this one...should go $xx,xxx and up end user, $x,xxx only if you want to sell fast and easy now...
