I need to know who he/she is because I really need some big advice here for a sale I might be transacting within the next few days. It will definitely be my biggest sale on a domain, but I am doubting myself as this transaction gets closer to happening.

I herd sedo.com are good for just transactions and they do not take 10% if its just for a transaction im sure it's almost the sames as escrow.com has any one used the just for transactions ? .
