So much for the summer doldrums! Big domain sales have been going off like 4th of July fireworks. A half dozen six-figure sales - three .coms and three ccTLDs - lead DNJournal's latest Top 20 Sales Chart. The unusual twist was seeing three different country code extensions in six figures with none of them being a .ai!

The headline numbers are nice. I usually look more at what kind of buyers are still paying up for the right .com. That part is more useful than the price alone.
