The dotNET of certain bank name is available, and I cant resist to reg it. I have been lucky selling celebrities names (including a name sold to the celebrity himself in a very amicable transaction).

What would you do?

If it is TM or SM (most likely both) this could be big trouble. If the domain can not potentially represent something else, then it is a done deal...you lose it if they decide to come after it.

Attempting to sell it to the bank could bring unwanted letters and legal procedings.

If it is that tempting, then possibly nab it, park it, etc. But don't publicize it.

You may still not get too far with it as some major companies are paying for a monitoring system that immediately notifies them of domain registrations of their name and even parts of their name (think Microsoft and eBay as just two examples).

Good luck, you evil doer! :spy:
