ICANN is supposed to be a non profit, but when you look at the salaries paid to top management they look more like verisign.

Non Profit is when your earning a substantial profit, then right before the year is ending you blow ALL of it on pay raises, bonuses, longer vacations, parties, new cars, new everything until all the money is spent, Then you repeat the process for the next year.
