Wonderful infographic.
When I sell antiques online, customers typically mention that the quality of the images, the enlarging abilities, and the visual presentation sold the item. When you are selling real product, when the customer is not able to actually hold the item, the next best alternative is a pleasing visual presentation, lots of images, and a 360 view.
Some products will sell themselves. But presentation is crucial.
