The Ribbons and Little Icons - How do I get some ??

Can someone direct me to where I can find out how to get the little ribbons and things that go under our name - on the left - when we post ??

I noticed that some of the ones BATMAN has - has domains available for sale attached to them... how do I do that... I could be mistaken... but when I moused over them... they showed domain names... that's cool...

I foind the Banking Link - - - just don't see HOW to ad funds to my DNF $$ Account...

What's the conversion rate ?? ( DNF $ to USD. $ )

What's the conversion rate (if there is one) ??

Example... If I wanted 3000 DNF$ -- what would be a fair amount I should
