Nice video - I also just watched it. After all these years on DNF I finally saw Adam speaking 'live'... good show.
Liked your tip and real world experience backordering a domain you sold to resell it back to the purchaser if they forget to renew... and how you did that to a user 3 times! Impressive!
Also the tips on spotting high value geo (city, state or province) names with high population numbers or locations on droplists to then extend to common terms (hotels, motels, dentists)...

p.s. Like that impressionist style (?) painting on the wall behind you and... what is that mini - micro chair on the floor? For kids?
