Anyone familiar with the Columbia River Gorge?...also known as THE GORGE. For those not aware it is among the most well known places to windsurf in the world, along with endless other activities such as kayaking, hiking, mt.biking, skiing.... you get the point. Also the home of the now defunct Gorge Games. Also one of the largest music venues in Washington State in called The Gorge amphitheatre. Anyway, I sure would like to know your thoughts on what this name undeveloped might be worth. Last month overture with ext. was 73, and there were 26 unique visitors in 3 days. I am also interested to know of other areas that this name might apply.

Thanks legend.name for your thoughts. Are you familiar with this area?

I realize based on traffic and on the name alone it would be worth xx, but due to how common it is for people to refer to the columbia river gorge as "thegorge", and because of the volume of people who travel to and use this area, I think it's worth more in the low xx,xxx range, IMHO, but of course the reason I posted is to find out what others think. Anymore thoughts?
