Picked up TheHighPlaces.com recently and the daily traffic is very good.
Only monitored this site via Sedo.com for the past 4 days and averaging 165 vistors per day, this could lead to over 60,000 visitors over the course of the year, sounds great for a google adsense site. The Link Popularity is also strong, using Submit Express the domain is showing 19,370.
Being a 3 word domain with good traffic and solid link popularity, can someone shed some light on what dollars this domain could be worth?
I received a $200 offer via the Sedo network but it seems a little to cheap at this price, I'm thinking closer to $700-$800.
Look forward to any advise or suggestions.
