I am putting two of my sites up for sale. As I have been to sick lately to take care of them and develop them the way they need. I want to have someone take them over that can develop them the way they need to be.
www.thenetcode.com PR4- Been developed into a small search engine with several features added so far such as updated lottery results from most of the states have them available. There are a couple that need added yet.
Also up until the time I got sick I was working on adding up to date news, weather and financial information for visitors.
One nice feature is the active directory that I installed www.thenetcode.com/tnc PR2
It has sold a few featured links to site owners with no advertising so far and has over 1200 links in the database. The database is organized similar to that of kingbloom.com.
The software that is running the directory is from www.esyndicat.com and is a fully licensed pro version copy of the software giving you full access to their upgrades and support system.
There are many templates to choose from and are easily customizable to your own needs.
This site has been in the developement process and has not been advertised other then mentions in sigs and other directories so it needs this done to make it profitable.
www.resalemembers.com PR3- This site is developed about 40%. It has over 100+ resellable script titles that come with it along with over 25,000 resellable templates such as websites, logos and others.
Another key feature is that this site comes with full Reseller Rights to TWSC.biz affiliate software. You can read more about it here at their site http://twsc.biz/affiliate_tracking_software.php value is 94.95 for resell rights to this product.
This alllows you to sell fully licensed copies of their software to website owners for $24.95 per copy. You are also given the right to advertise via any media you feel necessary to promote the product and its sale on your site as long as you maintain your price at the minimum price they sell it for or higher.
I will be glad to give anyone who wants to see the admin control panel and user control panel access to it if you PM me so that you can see how well it is setup.
The site has sold 10 copies of this software since I opened the site back in January with no promotion of the product or site.
The memberships at the site stand at 17 members currently on a yearly renewal basis. These members were gained through an ad on DP and also through search engine results.
I currently have over 2gb of other software that are stored on this account that need sorted through and added to the site.
The memership portion of the site is secured using membershipsitemanager - While not fully featured software it does keep good control over the site and allows new members to sign-up, pay and be verified for payment manually by you prior to access be granted to the secured areas of the site. It also maintains the correct time frame for access. To grow this site massively though it may require a much more in depth script to control access and allow for immediate access upon payment of subscription.

Resalemembers.com currently requires an account with 5gb of space to accomodate all the software and templates that it maintains. Bandwidth needs currently would need to be 50gb per month. Once advertised though more likely much higher so you should be prepared to upgrade to a dedicated server if sales expand.
TheNetCode.com currently requires an account with minimal space needs as it currently is only using less than 80 mbs of space. Bandwidth per month is currenlty at 1gb, but will grow with advertising so would not hurt to be prepared for this.
