I know that it had a great history behind it since it was owned and used by a company.
Its a very nice domain with high cpc(if you are looking for adsense, I m not so fanatic about them), targets a large industry that both service providers and buyers invest a lot of money.
This could be an enduser sale if you know how, I unfortunately don't.
Developing this domain and reselling it or just pushing it to the right enduser both possibilities are very realistic with TherapyCenters(.)com.
ps: its a common tactic to look at similar domain prices, so take a look how much the singular version costs and who owns it.
