I had an offer last year for the domain for $700 and I still thought I would be developing it myself, but I have since taken on other projects that take priority to it, and it's been sitting there for 8 years now.
The layout is relatively new, I designed it about 6 months ago. Never got around to coding the script (I was going to use a custom one.)
It is currently listed in SE and has a pretty good ranking for "buy quality premade websites" on google. It averages roughly 30 hits a month from a mixture of organic and type-in traffic. Albeit, not a lot of traffic but it definitely has potential.
I'm asking $800 for the domain and layout. Domains this old are getting rarer by the day and I think this is a very decent domain worthy of the price I'm asking.
It's registered at GoDaddy on it's own account to you can either take over the account or I can push it to another GoDaddy account.
