Yeah, I think $500 is a good place to start negotiating (this was my gut reaction). I'll report back if I'm able to sell it.

I have finished negotiating with the potential buyer, and he will not buy for anything more than $100.

Should I take his $100 offer? Or should I decline? My gut feeling is to decline... there are several other businesses out there who go by the name "the whole shebang".

Tought one - I'd hold on to the domain. $100 is a good price, but if your not in a rush you might get other offers - but then again you might not.

I'd decline. It's not widely used these days, but a common
phase nonetheless. A hundred bucks is nothing. Unless you
have no interest in the name, tell them 200.00 or screw it.

I think shebang is much prefered.

A search on google for "the whole shebang" gives 27,900 results; a search on google for "the whole shabang" gives 1,920 results.
