some don't consider why, another person would want to buy their domain... before they purchase it.
they don't consider that the .com owner is happy "not owning" the .net or the .me of that name.
they don't consider that 15000 exacts for the term in .co, does not equal same queries for that term with .com extension.
before buying, consider the "if and then" philosphy.
if i buy this name, then can i sell it, will it get traffic, will i develope it, will anyone else be interested in it and why?
