Wanted: Service Thinking of bidding on snapnames auction today.

I seen some people on digitalpoint talking about the snapnames auction that is ending today.

They where talking in particular about some .eu names that are up for sale and about how much the .co.uk's had sold for.

"injuryclaim.eu (injuryclaims.co.uk sold for 20k USD) and personalinjurylawyers.eu (personalinjurylawyers.co.uk sold for 17k USD) "

I was thinking about making a bid on these domains as they have no reserve.

My question is do you think that these will be easily resold and what is best way to resell them (through sedo or maybe conact the .co.uk owners)?

This is really the first I thought about doing this type of thing to make extra money, and help/tips would be appreciated.

You're failing to grasp some of the fundamental domaining concepts. Not all extensions are equal, comparable sales are better than appraisals but they still do not accurately gauge external factors, and you need to remember that those domains are failing to sell for the numbers mentioned at no-reserve for a reason.

Agree, can't compare apples with oranges.
.eu is not great for resale.

Also these are UK-specific expressions if I'm correct, then you definitely need .uk or .com, .eu is not even a second choice I think...
