I just said I had offers up to 5k and my counteroffer was a lot higher.

Our attorney advises us that we shoud go through the UDRP process (which will cost us $1,500 USD) and that we in all likelyhood will get the URL back from you, in which case you would recieve nothing. My bid was an effort to let you make something eventhough we have the TM rights. I am disappointed in your counter offer as it prooves bad faith. See Sedo Legal Section. My offer of $767 USD stands, and if it is not accepted I will pursue our rights to xxxxxx.com though all available legal channels. Thank you for your consideration.

All depends on what the name is. Most of these guys of course have no rights to the name, but sometimes they do. I know I lost a big one like that.

There are 3 TMs in US. Non in Greece.

Domain has ads that are related to a service that has a similar name in Greece.
