I dont expect the traffic to be high as I cant imagine why anyone would search for "Though", nor can I think of a marketing concept to monetize it.

No advertisers on google, for this term.

$1-2.5k, IMO. It's a fair name, though I can't think of any commercial use for it, which would be why someone would want to pay.

I agree that there really is no commercial use for it, therefor I would personally appraise it for around 2,500. Because it gets searches "though" and it is a very common word, it would sell for more. Real value is probably around 2,500, actual sell price would probably be around upper x,xxx.
