Hi Guys.. need some help here. I got 2 type-in domains receive C&D letters. Both domain are in Enom.. They have file to WIPO, please advise what could be done to save these domain or is it worth fighting for.

They are only worth fighting for if
1. You are making a lot of money from them
2. They are not typos of TICKETMASTER
3. You are using them for something other than selling tickets.

Based on what I know about Ticketmaster and their protective attitude of their tm....I would not even bother fighting it.

( I have a friend who had a name tied to them ( that did VERY well for him ) in the past and TicketMaster made it very clear that they wanted it back .... and got it )

So unless you feel very confident, can afford a good attorney and are willing to spend alot of money ... let it go. Its not worth the aggravation.

imho
