I will put up some stats upon request in the near future, however at this time, the ice has recently disappeared from the lakes and such and the water is still frigid.
Notice last years stats, the big months where July August, hoping for a greater showing this year as things warm up. Hope this helps for now

No, everyone operating a pleasure craft needs one, however, the operator card is good for a lifetime, I believe, someone can correct me if I,m wrong.

I believe it was within the last couple of years that they instituted the need for operator cards...I can't seem to find that out for some reason.

Yes I got mine last fall. Everyone driving a motorized boat needs one now and its good for life.

Its pretty easy unless you don't know much about boating. Lots of the sites that have the test have a practice area, if you leave it open while taking the test it makes it much easier.
